ORDER CANCELLATIONS
We aim to process your order quickly so in most cases your order is final upon payment processing. Products are dispatched from different warehouses in Australia wide&we have an Automated Order notification system to related warehouses. So, once an order is processed by a particular warehouse then we can’t & hold and cancel the order straight away. & We do need to cross-check if it’s not dispatched or prepared for dispatch. In both cases, we can’t cancel the order. In some cases, you may be able to cancel your order (if it has not already been processed by the warehouse team. If the item has been dispatched or prepared for dispatch then return-restocking fees apply on cancellation of the order.
We do sale products range from different & manufacturers & suppliers, so we try our best to match stock level, & still & in case & if the products are out of stock with them while purchased from our website, we do need to cancel the order & refund full amount via original payment method. If prices are wrongly updated due to an error, we can cancel the order to rectify the error.
